Weird Startup Issue - Camera not found/displaying

I have a camera that goes through and HDMI input on my computer. The first time I start OBS, the camera in OBS is black. If I close down and restart OBS, it usually comes up just fine, though this morning, I had to restart OBS a couple times.

I've attached all the log files from this morning. Hope someone can figure out if it's a plugin that I can delete or something else.

You have two different sources pointing at your webcam. They are fighting over it.
