I just tested a stream with a two-user video call on Skype. The video kept freezing, though I could still hear the audio on the live stream. OBS itself was not frozen because I could still modify the properties of the two NDI sources. I could also move or resize the two video windows around and those changes would be seen in the stream.
The other weird problem is that occasionally, one of the windows would move or resize itself randomly.
Any ideas?
