My English isn't good enough to describe the problem I have right now but I'll try my best. I don't even know if this has anything to do with OBS.
When I try to stream games like Overwatch or The Division, at first it seems like there are no problems. I have 60+ fps and no frame droppes on OBS but when you look at my stream, this happens: https://www.twitch.tv/tolgazagli/v/80299956 (The lag-fps issue starts at 00:00:45)
I see everything normal at my perspective.
No idea what causes this. The only thing I know is that this started to happen after my pc automatically upgraded to Windows 10.
My PC Specs:
i5 4690K - GTX 780 - GIGABYTE Z97X-UD3H-BK - GSKILL 16GB DDR3
