Weird problem when streaming - single PC stream

Hey, i have kind of a big problem with latency/desync issues when streaming and weird jitter when moving around in CS 2 but only when im streaming. Im on windows 11 and i can attach a log for the last stream if anyone wants to take a look i would appreciate every help i could get. I've tried all sorts of things to try and sort this out but couldnt do it.

I am on:
GPT - Gigabyte Aorus Elite 3060Ti
CPU - AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D
Motherboard - Asus Rog Strix x570 f Gaming
Memory - 32GB GSKILL RipJaws @ 3800Mhz CL14
PSU - NZXT C750 Gold CPU
Water Cooler - NZXT Kraken x73
PC CASE - NZXT H710i

Hey PaiSand thanks for the response, i wasnt aware of the analyzer maybe i should've checked it first.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

When i pull up task manager while im streaming and playing the game i never go above 80% usage of GPU and also i play CS2 so vsync is not really an option since its a competitive game.

I'll check the rest and get back with another log when i finish one of my streams.

Also this is OBS when minimized to task bar and nothing else running, can it be a OBS bug?

Remove display capture sources from all scenes where you use game capture

In scene it was used there was only game capture

Just keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

Just to help out people i managed to solve the problem using nvidiaprofileinspector. Under option for > Single Display Performance i've put Multi Display Performance Mode and the issue is gone.
