This is a really annoying problem. So basically I can record most things just fine, such as my desktop. But here is where it gets weird. I can record the menus in a game just fine. But as soon as I start playing the game is when the recording starts lagging. You can't see anything wrong with the recording until you watch the video. I really don't know what the problem is. I have tried many things now.
I have tried lowering bit rate and quality. There was no change at all.
