Question / Help Weird Mic Issues

Hi everyone,

All of a sudden I have weird spiking and change in tone with my blue yeti while streaming. Any idea what could be wrong?

I am using Reaper VST for OBS. Could it be that?

Maybe, I was thinking more of the way Skype and Discord can automatically adjust mic levels for you. If that's happening it'll mess with the level in OBS as well.

Listening to your clip, there seems to be some weird stuff going on with stereo position, so it might be worth seeing if it's the VST causing it. I don't know though.

Yeah, it's really weird because at first I thought it was just in my headphones and no one in chat mentioned it. I am generally ok with tech stuff but audio is my weakness. Thanks for trying to help :)
