Question / Help Weird "lag" when I stream (frames drop)

I have some kind of weird "FPS drops" on a short period of time (you can see it after 15s on the shot). It literally looks like some of the frames are disappearing, even if I have low CPU + memory usage.

Sometimes I can see that FPS in OBS are falling down from 60 FPS to 49 (just on one short while) then everything is back to normal.

Btw - it happens only with League of Legends.

Anyone knows what might cause this problem?

Best regards,
Birtek

Code:

This is a result of maxing out your GPU. Other than that the frametimes are fine. Your best bet is to cap your framerate to lower the loads on it and/or reduce the stream to 720p. League has an option to cap FPS in the video settings.

I have this problem in Overwatch. If the FPS are too high above 60, my OBS FPS drops. (CPU is an i7 6700k) Best way to fix it is to cap at 60fps. 120fps is double what you're trying to stream and OBS has trouble with some games and streaming above it's FPS cap.
