I just want to preface all this by saying I'm very new to OBS.
I'm having an issue where the moment I open OBS, all my desktop audio stops. Any videos I try to watch or was in the middle of watching pause and begin to buffer, even videos that I already have downloaded to my computer. Games work fine but I cannot hear any audio of them through my headphones. I can hear white noise from my microphone and I can only see the "Mic/Aux" bar moving in the mixer.
When I run OBS with my wireless headphones disconnected however, the audio is fine, videos play fine, everything works perfect. The "Desktop Audio" bar suddenly comes to life while the "Mic/Aux" bar dies. I'm not sure what to make of it other than the headphones are causing some wonky business when used with OBS.
I considered streaming without using the headphones but they're the only working microphone I have so I'm at a bit of a loss here of what to do.
Anyways, if anyone can understand why this is happening and what's going on I would love to know. Thanks!
