Hello, I've been trying to get my settings right to record footage off of my PS4 and I think I got the video to look good, however now I'm running into a problem where randomly through the video there's some noticeable lag.

This video is just one of the videos I've recorded with the issue in question, specifically at around 14 seconds and 56 seconds there's clearly a weird lag in the video, I didn't notice anything like that during the recording so it doesn't seem to be the game. I've been trying to get everything working with this for the past day (stayed up till 1:30am last night and eventually went to bed frustrated) and I'm really at a loss as to what to do to fix it. I've attached the most recent log as well as screenshots of my current video settings. Thank you in advance if you have anything for me to try to fix this issue.
