Question / Help Weird in game echo while streaming?

Was brought to my attention the other day with a clip from my stream that my game audio was echoing, i have no clue on where to begin to try and fix it. I lost the link the the clip but found a clip that has the exact same thing going on and was wondering if anyone else could help me try to fix the echo, its rather annoying.
