Bug Report Weird glitch with PUBG

I dont know how to fix this bug and was wondering if anyone knew
plus i use moni cap and it works but if i do game cap it has this graphical glitch
i can use obs classic and PUBG gets capped fine

Go to Settings and Advanced.
Under Video change Renderer to Direct3D 11.
