I can't figure out how to get my FPS to stop having issues with frames for the viewers. My internet and computer are totally fine and I've tried messing with settings and I feel I've gotten it as close as possible but it still has weird frame issues that don't make it look smooth the entire time. Definitely notice it as the stream goes on.
My Hardware:
- Intel i7-9700k @3.60
- Rog Strix z390-e Gaming
- 16GB DDR4 Corasair Vengeance 3200
- HP Omen 27inch display (144hz, 1m) Primary.
- Secondary (Because it sometimes matters?) Benq 24inch and asus 24 inch both 60hz
Internet: (connecting pretty locally)

- 175mbps Download
- 12mbps Upload

I believe I tried running the game windowed fullscreen and I wouldn't drop below 60fps. Everyone once in awhile I will see my fps drop to like 59 or very rarely like 53fps. My upload can rotate through 5-6000 kb/s most of the time it sits at 6k or more though. My in game never seems to cause issues either. I don't notice fps issues or performance in game. I have tried running x.264 and NVENC and adjusting a few things. Maybe I just need more insight as to what to do since I'm messing this up possibly.
I stopped running a preview in SLOBS on my second monitor and that weirdly enough helped a lot? I'm not sure if I'm getting issues from 60hz monitors and 144hz clashing? I was trying to get the logs for my last run that I did on a test stream and I'm not sure I know where they're at since it's through SLOBS and not OBS. My GPU never got above 62 degrees Celsius either. I ran league of legends perfectly fine with like 300FPS in game and very clean on stream, but I don't know why FPS cause me so many issues. I had this on my old pc too and I kind of just avoided them.
If you guys can give me any insight and help, I'd really appreciate it. I have been trying for 2 days now.
I took some quick videos of me running around in a custom lobby so you can get an idea of some of it. I tried running around with 30 FPS and 60 FPS output. (yes the image is off in some because of 1440 instead of 1080, it switches between them)

I don't know where to get the SLOBS logs by the way, I have a .txt file called operation_log.txt under \streamlabs-obs crashes ? I'm not sure if that's right...?
