Weird flickering when using replay buffer

Whenever I record using replay buffer I get this weird flickering. It's like recording jumps from the game to my desktop.

Here is an example clip:

And here is the log:

All my drivers are up to date.

Do you notice the flickering while playing the game? Or only in the replay?

My advice: Try running OBS as administrator, this will allow OBS to fully take advantage of your GPU and might smooth out weird issues. Also try different capture methods in OBS and see if any of them effect the flickering.

I forgot to say, I don't have any flickering while playing, my game runs complitely normal.

I'll try running obs as admin.

Running as admin has the same result

I didn't expect it to help but it was worth a try.

Now try different capture methods, Window Capture, Game Capture, Display Capture. See if any of those have any effect.

The thing is that CSGO is really finicky with other recording modes than "Monitor Capture", I think it's because of the anti-cheat or something. Currently I mainly play CSGO, so that wont help me.

Hmmm, I didn't know that. Well the last thing I can think of is fresh installing graphics card drivers. Otherwise I'm at the limit of what I can suggest.
