Hey everyone I have no clue where else to ask anymore. I really want to get into streaming but I'm hitting some technical issues I can't seem to solve.
For my last several streams it seems to degrade and slowly becomes more pixelated then refreshes back to good quality. Some of my friends said it felt like a pulse or heartbeat because it had nothing to do with how fast I was moving, occurring even when standing still. OBS doesnt show any frames being dropped and I have it set to 6k bit rate and it pretty much stays right there the whole time.
I tried a large range of settings last night trying to fix it but seems like no matter what I changed it didn't alter it.
Typically try to stream at 1664x936/60fps
Internet is 800 down around 45 up
I have a 7900XT
Ryzen 9 5900X
I use the AMD H264 encoder.
If this isn't the place for questions like this could you please point me to somewhere that is. I'm getting desperate with trying to figure this out. I will provide any other important information you guys need.
