OK, I've been streaming for over a year and only since last week when I became an affiliate, in fact on the exact same day as that this started to happen, I will see my kb/s spike up to 3000+ and all over the place while at the same time I get the message telling me to lower my video settings (I have them at 2250) and my fps set at 48fps.. and in the past these have never been an issue. At first I thought it was my internet, but I have replaced both my modem, router and my ethernet cable and even contacted technical support to rule out any possibility of it being my ISP.
I have tried both Encoders and x264 just makes it impossible for anyone to watch my stream as it just stutters really bad no matter what configuration I try (I even updated that encoder manually just to make sure). I have all updated drivers for NVENC and like I mentioned, that has never ever given me any problems before in the past.
I've even reinstalled my drivers from scratch, I've done a clean reinstall with OBS Studio and still getting the same issue.
I have two log files that I took with different configurations and I hope one of them will have some sort of insight into what the heck is going on.
I read various theories it could be the Windows 10 Creators Update and I have no idea on how to fix that if that is the issue, as my PC finally did that the day before I became an affiliate and started having these issues.
