I don't know how to describe it but I'll try my best. Randomly starting today, No issues ever before, OBS will "crash" every time I click out of the window and back into the window, even for something as simple as youtube. I put crash in quotes because it isn't a true crash. The program doesn't close, but my whole PC freezes for a second on both monitors, the screen goes streaky like it's broken which often happens when a game crashes, it'll go black for a second, then it comes back up and works fine. It even does it with windows within OBS like settings windows and such
