internet specs: 500 down and 25 up while pushing 720p 30 fps at 3000.
The ping square plays around with colors like orange, yellow and red, normally I'd get dropped frames like crazy if it hits red, started happening suddenly and tried all sorts of things (list below that I can think of off the top of my head with no results). as you can see in the twitch inspector some are stable and some are not while the red ping is happening in all of them, so I have no idea what the problem is.

unplugged the router for 5 minutes
reseated the eithernet cable on both ends, swapped cable ports.
reduced the stream to 480p 30/60 fps at 1800
went outside the box and tried xsplit and I was dropping frames like crazy but obs is saying I'm perfectly fine in that department except for ping
