Weird colored bars on recording on Wayland TuxedoOS

Hardware:
OS: TUXEDO OS x86_64
Host: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. B650 AORUS ELITE AX
Kernel: 6.14.0-119037-tuxedo
Resolution: 1920x1080, 1920x1080, 2560x1440 (1440p is the display I am recording however error still occurs on other resolution and screens)
DE: Plasma 6.5.2 (Wayland)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (16) @ 5.271GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon Graphics (Integrated Graphics)
Memory: 13466MiB / 61892MiB (64gb corsair vengeance)

So I have done extension testing and the only things that make them go away is to switch my renderer off wayland to x11 or to set compression to lossless, this issue only applies in the file recorded and includes my webcam and other sources so is not specific to desktop capture, also appearing when capturing a window aswell, I have modified almost every setting I can think of from b-frames to color space and other than using x11 or compression to lossless I cannot fix it.

Okay, I fed the logs into chatGPT which I hadn't tried before and with some further investigation it ended up working, I had to use NVENC, HEVC as my video encoder, AND I444 as my Color Format, this does disable streaming but its not hard to switch it between when I stream and when I record.
