ever since i got obs i had these weird recording issues that lower video quality

i couldnt find any similiar problems on yt and ive tried messing with most settings, nothing changed
i experienced the same issues with windows 10 recorder thing so it may not be a problem with obs but with my software/hardware, id appreciate any help
