Question / Help Weird bitrate issue / Dropped Frames

Hey there,

so i'm having a pretty weird issue with my stream for the past few weeks.

After 2 hours or more of being live my bitrate suddenly drops as low as 1000 and goes as high as 9000 (it keeps changing like crazy), and i'm dropping frames like crazy. I streamed for months without any issues whatsoever, and now this issue suddenly occurs.

My streaming settings are 720p 30fps with a 2200 bitrate. My Internet Connection is 30 down / 8 up.

No, my ISP is Kabelplus. I'm from Europe (Austria).

And yea, i pretty much already tried everything from the list, and even more.
But i haven't contacted my ISP yet, i guess this will be my next step. Dunno, what to do anymore.
