Question / Help Weird bitrate drops that causes frame drops

So i'm having a problem when i start my stream it is very stable for multiple minutes, No frame drops no bitrate drops! The second i open up a game is starts dipping down into 1000kbs then in the 100s and even sometimes hits 0 and disconnects me from the server

My speed tests are 3 ping , 180-200 download and 21 upload

I have tried changing servers, resetting stream key,reinstalling OBS, resetting router, going lower kbs nothing seems to work any ideas?

Yes i have not better, I was kinda under the impression that my ISP is throttling me but of course they say "we are not" but ya know :/ this just started happening, You got any other ideas?

Is there a way to check if it's my ethernet cord without buying a new one? I'm thinking it could be that

So i just tried NY server again and it stays stable bitrate but then i drops down to 0kbs and then disconnects and says reconnection successful or sometimes it stable it self out again without disconnecting
