Question / Help Weird artifacting/pixels in recording.

So I have been running the AMD VCE as my encoder for local recordings. When AMD updated their drivers to the new crimson relive, there seems to be a weird glitch.

As you can see the bottom portion of my screen seems to be distorted. Everything above that point records just fine, but below that point and it seems like it is shifted over 1 pixel. Any ideas?

That line is normal, I've been told it's going to be gone in a future driver version.
