Websource for controller inputs overlay does not work in background since version 31.0.0

I have a websource pointing on a page generated with Gamepadviewer.com to display my inputs.
It was working fine until I upgraded to version 31.0.0.
Now, the overlay does not work on startup. I have to refresh the cache on the source first.
After that, the overlay works only when OBS has the focus. It's still working fine on Gamepadviewer.

Im also having the same issue when i updated to 31.0.0

I confirm this problem. It doesn't work with xbox gamepads. But with dualshock4 gamepads, things are working like before.
