WebM Files are glitchy and pixelated now in OBS

Yeah, same thing happened to me after I updated OBS, and honestly it drove me nuts for a while. I had a bunch of BRB and intro scenes using WebM files that glitched out with weird blocky artifacts, especially the ones with transparency. What did you convert the webm files to make them work?
I also downgraded previously but kept accidentally hitting the update button when prompted.
