Weblate allows seeing multiple languages and strings at once, which eases the burden of translating many complex strings.
It is also GPLv3+ and has a good community.
I'd try to post a link, but this is my first post.
I can't contribute on Crowdin since I don't agree to their terms, and don't want all the scripts loaded.
The nb_NO translation isn't complete, and under the wrong locale.
While I think "nb" will still work, Crowdin has a lot of downright broken and lackluster functionality.
