Question / Help Webcam really blurry when moving

When I stand still and do nothing (in game) webcam looks good but when I start running around its really blurry , my PC is not that good but I thin i can manage to get a decent quality my log

Try to post the log's link right after you finish to stream or record. If you recording - try simple mode and use other encoder than for streaming. In general, blurriness in the video means low bitrate setting for high motion content.
