Webcam Question M1 Mac with iOS device

Hello,
as a newbie, I am wondering if I am doing anything wrong, because I cannot tie in two iOS devices (iPhone & an iPad) over a WLAN connection using the EpocCam Pro app.

So my question: Is there a limit to how many iOS devices I can use as cameras in live streams? In addition we are using an Olympus camera, which works perfectly as a video source both for wired and for WLAN connections.
I have not found any video tutorials pertaining to our need for live streaming, rather than game capturing and streaming. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

hey... epocam pro is balls. I abandoned this solution as a way to use iPhones as webcams. yes I also paid the pro price but no longer use it. I use a free solution that has been unstoppable. but you do have to give up the wifi option for iPhone.. they always mess up this way and disconnect anyway. I first bought 2 x 10ft iPhone - usb 3.0 cables. so I'm able to place my cameras where I wish. I use dual iPhone XR's as my webcams. I use the Overviewer app available for free in the App Store. and connect my iPhones. open overviewer on the iPhones and obs will see them. it's a rock solid connection with no disconnects ever. and uses literally zero processor.

I truly hope this solution helps you. I abandoned epocam pro and never ever looked back. I even tried to get a refund due to the disconnections.

stevecarty is my twitch. tune in and ask me anything anytime regarding high end streaming on an M1 Mac.

thanks a lot for that tip! It works perfectly with the Overviewer App. I used OBS iOS camera until now, but it freezes from time to time. Also that doesn’t work or OBS 28 anymore , as the plug-in isn’t updated yet.
