Hi, I have a problem with the webcam on obs, every time I lower or close a game the webcam image freezes at the last frame it captured before closing the game, I checked that the webcam continues to work, the only way I have to solve is to close obs and reopen it, interrupting the live each time. Help??

Just a note before going into the actual problem/fix... you don't need to close out of OBS to fix the webcam signal if it's still working properly. Instead, open the properties for the webcam source, and click Deactivate, then Activate. That will reset the connection to the webcam.

On to the issue though... webcam freezes are usually a result of not getting the necessary bandwidth for supplying the feed. I would try running the webcam off a different USB port (do NOT use front-panel ports, btw). Also, try reducing the webcam resolution, as this will use less bandwidth and have a better time maintaining connection.

Thanks for the answer, I have already tried all these possible resolutions to the problem, informing myself better I noticed that the problem is not caused by OBS, since it also happens with the Windows Camera application, apparently the webcam is the problem, as if it conflicts with the closure of the video game. Thanks anyway.
