Webcam pixelated

The webcam is pixelated with rapid movements within the game. The game is not pixelated, only the webcam.

I have a logitech StreamCam, RTX 3070 ti, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz, 32 gb RAM.
4k monitor and gaming on ultra.
Symmetric fiber 100 mb/s.
Bitrate to 6000.

This is a common symptom of using insufficient bitrate for the resolution and framerate you are streaming at. 1080p60 for example 'wants' 12mbps (12000kbps) for average-motion video, and needs even more for fast-motion or high-detail (like lots of foliage).

The fix being to either raise your bitrate, lower your framerate, or downscale your resolution further. 30fps only needs half the bitrate that 60 does, and 720p only needs half the bitrate that 1080p does. So a 720p30 stream needs 1/4 the bitrate that a 1080p60 stream would.
