Webcam pixel problem

so i have a little problem im not sure.

thats my VoD a test stream. First Game is Honkai Star rail and when im fighting my cam has pixel problems after honkai star rail i switch to Battlefield 2042 on a full lobby and i make fast movements and my cam have almost no problems.

My PC: RTX 3080 10GB, R7 5800X and 32GB RAM 3600mhz

Webcam: logitech c920 1280x720

Update 1: I change my cam resolution from 720p to 1080p but still same problem. Fights in Honkai are pixelated and the cam in BF2042 is good

This is expected, higher motion requires more bitrate to encode well.

Your super bright monitor is splashing a ton of light on your face thus coloring it In the first game where is a lot of big color changes across the screen That's causing your face to quickly change colorations Your second game is much more color similar with only small localized color changes thus your face lighting from scree splash is mainly the same when playing
