Question / Help Webcam not working

So my brand new Logitech c920 which works in its own software refuses to work in my OBS studio. No matter what I do or what tutorial I watch I cannot find anyone with the same problem or any solution to this issue. I have included the log file and a screen grab of the setting I am using for the webcam in OBS.

Disable the webcam protection in it or add obs as an exception in it.
