Question / Help Webcam not working

I started up obs and was going to stream but I'm getting no view from my webcam. I'm not sure what the problem is but I had it happen before and it fixed somehow. I've tried everything even reinstalling obs and it still will not work. It detects the webcam but is not showing video. Anything I can do?

Try running OBS 64 bits. Copy shortcut, edit it and seaarch OBS 4 bits exe.

I've tried running it on 32 and 64 bit and no luck what so ever

I ended up having to buy a new webcam because that webcam wouldn't even work with skype
