Bug Report Webcam not working

With some new update that is completely unbeknownst to me my webcam stopped working for OBS I have tried other webcam software and its fine. The webcam says its on (led is on) and I am able to add it to scene but when you try to resize it, it just disappears. To start its a small drag bubble in the top left of obs like not the normal size though like right in the corner. Help Its super annoying for streaming since I cant have a webcam atm.

Try right clicking your video capture device in the sources window, and going to 'Transform', then 'Fit to screen'. It should cover the whole screen and you can resize it from there.
