Webcam not working

No matter what I do, the webcam light is on, but will not show on the screen. Only what you see in the photo. I've tried tutorials I've found on the web and nothing so far has worked. I've not been able to do anything at all in OBS yet, so not sure if the log will help but here is the last log

That image comes from the webcam itself, perhaps you need to activate it in some software or turn off a privacy switch or something.
