MY WECAM ONLY SHOWING DARK SCREEN PLEASE HELP ME SET MY OBS RIGHT...
I have a laptop thats settings are at:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2370M CPU @2.40GHz 2.40GHz
System: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 8.1
WebCam SC-13HDL11939N

ALSO THE LIGHT IS ON BUT NOT SHOWING
