Hey!
I am currently using a Logitech Streamcam as my webcam and only recently started to encounter this problem.
When I use either window capture/display capture to watch a Youtube video and have my webcam on, as soon as the YT video starts to play my webcam becomes slightly laggy however when there is no video playing it reverts back to normal. The delay is approx 1/1.5 seconds when the video is being played.
I have no problems any other time with my webcam, when using my elgato from my PS5 there is no problem with my Webcam at all it runs super smooth.
