Question / Help Webcam keeps freezing/OBS keeps crashing

I am having issues with OBS Studio Mac. I have version 0.14.2 My Mac specs are as follows:

Late 2015 5K 27 inch iMac
- 4 Ghz i7
- 32 GB RAM
- SSD
- AMD Radion R9 M39X 4096 MB

I stream/record a video podcast. My cameras are the stock Facetime cam and a Microsoft Lifecam as well as a screencast of my desktop. My main issue is, at some point in my hour long show, one or both of my cameras will freeze and/or OBS will crash completely.

I am recording my show on a separate external USB 3 hard drive and OBS says I am never using more than 12% of my CPU power. I know (pretty sure) I have the CPU power to handle this, because I'm moving from Wirecast, which on my older, slower Macbook Pro, handled the same shots with no problem.

For weeks now, I have tried different settings to no success. Every time I broadcast and record, one or both of my camera shots freeze.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should also be noted that via HDMI, I copy my display to a monitor so my co-host can see what I am playing on the screen. The display of the monitor is 1920X1080, if that means anything.

Here is a link to view all of my settings for both streaming/recording encoders as well as my cameras: http://imgur.com/a/4G6IA

For some reason the forum won't let me upload a log file, so here is the log file at the time of tonights crash via Dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/atu7w74kmveoa44/2016-06-08 21-46-25.txt?dl=0
