Question / Help Webcam goes blurry randomly but game capture stays the same, any ideas?

Hey everyone my problem is starting to annoying me so im trying to find help from anyone i can. I currently stream with these settings.

Encoder - AMD (Hardware) - set on twitch profile might try lossless
Bitrate - 6000
Stream Res - 720p 60fps
Camera res - 720p 30fps

All of my cameras Auto settings are turned off (Auto focus, brightness, right light, color balance. and i also have proper lighting. any ideas what can be going on here? I really appreciate any help that i can get thanks everyone.

Your trying to do 1920x1080 on your webcam and have OBS Studio stream it at that resolution. Try setting it to a smaller resolution to see if that helps.
Use one that maintains a 16:9 ratio so that you can still use your overlay without changing its dimensions.

my settings should be set at 720p 30fps for my camera I guess its settings are somewhere else that I missed thank you for reading my log
