Webcam gets blurry/pixelated with any in game movement on stream

I have tried reinstalling and all the basic things. I watched YouTube videos. I don’t know what’s going on. Really need an expert. Streaming from my PC with a capture card and gaming on PS5. Did this with my last webcam “Logitech c920” so I upgraded to elgato facecam 1080p 60 fps hoping it would fix it.

It’s even worse on PC viewing. In this even my audio was delayed “which happens rarely” this is usually fixed by a restart of OBS. No fix at all for pixelated webcam.

Some people fixed the issue using the LGHUB app and setting the webcam mode to streaming
You'll probably need to rebalance the colour and bright within the app. The good part on this, you don't need to do it on OBS.
Take into considerartion that if you're playing a fast paced game (FPS, TPS) it's normal to have a blury/pixelated image, including the camera as the encoder takes everything in view and encodes the full image, not just a region.

So this is a known issue? Never heard of anyone else having it. Couldn’t find anything online except a YouTube video talking about msconfig. And I want to be clear. This isn’t “minor” pixelation. I mean it was like I was 240p.

If you click the link PaiSand posted you will see a number of items that the OBS analyser has identified as potentially causing problems for you - not specifically related to the webcam issue though.

Oh my bad. I’m new to this forum. Had no idea how things worked. Can I ask you if my webcam not being jpeg and being UyVy could be the probeom? Gonna check the link though
