Hello guys,

Before the last 2 OBS upgrades, I was with some crash problems with OBS. I mean, all the time when i was trying to open a game in full screen mode, my OBS frooze.

When the first update came, the freezing stopped. But, a new error appeared. Now, after about 4 hours of streaming my webcam freezes, and there is nothing that I can do to solve that.

I tried to:

1 - Remove ALL OBS installed files and profiles (literally)
2 - Scan for spywares, adwares.
3 - Clean up with ccleaner, including registers.
4 - Create ALL scenes and sources again.

And yep, the freezing keeps on. And to make matters worst, if I try to close and restart the OBS, it´s impossible to do so, even if I try to end the process in the task manager. The funny thing is, all the rest of the scene keeps working, but yesterday, when I was trying to restart the obs (because of the webcam), OBS started to freeze my ElGato Video Capture (PCI). It was like 1 fps, but not per second, per minute.

Computer information:

CPU: i7-6700K @ 4.5ghz
Ram: 4x4gb Corsair Dominator @ 3000mhz
Mobo: Asus Maximus VIII Hero
Placa de Video: 2xEVGA GTX 1080ti 11Gb SC2 SLI
SSD: 2x Corsair XTI 960gb Raid 0
Cooler: Corsair H100i v2
Fonte: Corsair AXI 1500w Platinum 80+
Monitor ASUS ROG Swift Curved PG348Q
Webcam: Logitech C920 HD Pro
Capture card: Elgato 60HD Pro
OBS: .20.1.1 (64bit in admnistrator mode)
Windows: Win 10 Pro Version 1703 OS Build: 15063.674

Can you guys help me? This is really messing things up for me! I was with 800 people watching me, and when i returned, only 100. :(

Thanks in advance!

Updates:

1 - I tested the webcam about 5 hours in skype. No error. So, webcam is working fine.
2 - I left the OBS opened (without stream) with NVENC (as usual, because I use the videocard 2 to do the encoder) and my webcam was freezed after 4 hours.
3 - I did the same with x264 and, surprise, no error.

So, yeah, 100% sure the problem is with the NVENC.

Someone can help me to solve that?

Thanks!

Ok, i noticed something strange. I am running OBS x64, but my obs are installed in x86 folder (and i didnt change the local). That is normal?

I can state with 100% certainty that x86 is 32-bit, not 64-bit, so you'll want OBS x32 if at all possible.
Can't promise that'll fix any of your issues, but that may be contributing somehow.

@Majere
The OBS installer installs both 32-bit and 64-bit versions into "Program Files (x86)" unless the user specifies a different location. The 32-bit and 64-bit specific components are in separate sub-folders named "32bit" and "64bit" as needed. The 64-bit version is fine to use, unless you're working with an application/device/drivers that is only compatible with a 32-bit application. OBS will also note whether it is the 32-bit or 64-bit version in the program's title bar and in its log files.

Your crash log indicates that a browser source. Please provide a log file when asking for support. It contains a lot of useful diagnostic information on your system and your OBS setup.
