So, my rig is like this:
CPU: i5 6600k OC'ed at 4.7
GPU: 1080
RAM: 16gb ddr4
SSD + HDD
Internet : 1gbps down - 1 gbps up
Webcam : c920 logitech
So, my problem is exactly what the titles says, even if I just stay fullscreen webcam, it kinda jitters and drops a frame here and there. While in game, it just freezes with an ocasion frame at about 5-10 seconds. I have tried everything, low resolution, high resolution, I deactivated every auto setting from my camera... I give up, please someone help me :(

There should be 2 log files, one when trying to stream 1080p and one with 720p, thankyou

Here is a 40 second clip that shows how it behaves on stream.
I have seen a lot of people streaming PLAYERUNKNOWN or CS:GO or games like this with my exact same setup or even cpus that are weaker then mine, and they have a very fluid game stream and webcam feed. What could be the cause of it?
