Question / Help Webcam doesn't work until I open properties

When I start streaming and activate a scene with my webcam it doesn't show up until I go into properties and then hit ok/cancel. Not sure why this happens.

The same problem happens with some of my hotkeys they don't work until I click on the scene that the hotkey is for.

I have had that happen on occasion also. I have tried turning it on and off and that doesn't work.
The only way for me to get it working again is to remove the webcam and add it again.

But, it's only happed a couple of times and I never asked about it..
