I use OBS for streaming live on YouTube. I bought a new PC and now webcam doesn't work on OBS. Please help me

Do you have the latest drivers installed for the new webcam?
Have you tested in 32-bit OBS, in case the webcam doesn't have 64-bit DirectShow drivers?
Have you manually set a valid resolution and frame rate that the camera supports? Don't use the automatic/default settings.
