Question / Help Webcam disabling when switching scenes (delay to non-delay)

Hi, i have recently switched over to OBS Studio from OBS Classic due to obtaining a capture card and have spent the afternoon setting it up, at first i came across issues with syncing audio up for both PC when i play PC games, and Console when i play console games due to how if you make multiple profiles, all the scenes were mirroring. I shortly got around this with a ghetto-esque way using a plugin which allows you to add audio devices as a source in the scene.

However once i got past this, having one scene dedicated to consoles with an offset, and the rest for PC with no offset, i came across an issue where if I launch OBS on say, the console scene, the webcam will de-activate and won't load if i were to switch to a PC scene, however if i select a pc scene, close obs, launch it back up, it'll load the webcam source with no offset (the pc scenes) but won't load the console dedicated facecam with the offset. This means that when i get round to streaming, i can't switch between console and pc as easily.

The process i would have to go through is as follows:
Tell the stream i'm going to be right back, end the stream, select a pc/console scene (depending on what i was using prior), exit obs, relaunch obs, check everything is working as it should, then go live again. And as you can tell it's not an ideal situation.

I understand it'd be easier if i could have one profile for offsets, and another for no offsets, but i can't. If it's any help i'm running windows 10 64 bit (Version 1607 {OS Build 14393.447}), with OBS Studio 64 bit (0.16.6), and a Logitech c920 webcam.

If anybody has any fix to this problem please let me know as until then, i'd have to dedicate streams to one platform.
