I use obs to record footage of a game that is extremely time dependent. I use a webcam to record my hand movements. My webcam has a small delay that makes viewing the clips very annoying. I've tried to use the delay render filter to push back the screen cap a little so it will fall in line with my camera, but it seems to make the delay worse. Do I not understand how this filter works, or is there something else I can do to try to shift the video from my screen back a few ms to match the delay of my webcam?
I looked up other solutions and people said async delay on the webcam, but that seemed to be for streaming only. Please advise.
