Question / Help Webcam Delay?

So OBS is awesome. I realize it is still in Alpha and all, I've noticed however that there is 1.5 to 2 second delay on the iSight camera. For example, I'll clap my hands and you'll hear it instantly but won't see it for a second or two. Are there settings or work arounds for this?

If you change the video capture device resolution while it is active, the displayed webcam will delay. To fix this, select the resolution you want, quit out of OBS, then open it back up. The webcam should now be in sync as long as you don't change the resolution within OBS. Having too many source may also be a problem; not sure about that however.
