Question / Help Webcam (Dashcam) issue - glitching & half picture green

Hi guys. I'm very very new to this, so please be kind. I'm having an issue trying to use a Dashcam as a webcam. The camera itself has the capability and works fine on Facebook Live, and my built in FaceTime HD Camera works fine in OBS, but when I set up a different scene with the Dashcam, the picture is halved, with the top half squashed with lines across & the bottom half either green or a frozen frame. Any help greatly appreciated.

Not much anyone is going to be able to suggest unless they have that cam. Issues like this are usually inappropriate/unsupported video settings for the capture device. Just make sure the resolution/framerate you've selected for the device in OBS is one it supports.
