So I've just started up OBS for the first time. Everything seems to have run smooth, but now I'm receiving a very stuttery webcam and hiccups on my computer 1-2 minutes after startup on the preview. I'm not sure why this is occurring.
The logs don't show anything that jumps out as an issue with OBS, can you try lowering the resolution of the camera and see if the stuttering goes away?
Those kinds of webcam issues are usually USB congestion related.
