Question / Help Webcam capture limited to 5fps

Hello, I've just done a clean install of Windows for the Win 10 Anniversary update.

I had all my obs scenes and profiles backed up, and they work just fine.

The webcam source wasn't activating (as too be expected after a reinstall) and so I created a new webcam source and tried to recreate the same settings. However, OBS won't let me use a higher fps than 5, where as previously my camera could capture at 15fps. This is a logitech pro 9000 which should capture 1280x720 at 15fps.

Any ideas what may be going on?

I had a Webcam Pro 9000 hiding in a drawer. When I connect it I find that I can set resolution to 1280x720 and the FPS setting defaults to "Match Output FPS (autoselect: 15)"

I can manually select anyth 15 or less.

Hey, thanks for testing it out.

That's how my camera used to be previously, I could select 15.

But now it shows only this:

I wonder what's going on.

Not sure. I don't think I have the anniversary update installed. My installation is split across an SSD and a traditional disk, so some updates don't install on their own.
