Question / Help webcam black screen

webcam not shown as detected and black window in app then adding it same happens. Maybe this file helps you tell me what's wrong? >>>

If that's not enough just let me know what information will help. It's a windows 8 laptop with HP Truevision HP built in webcam and audio. Audio works but stutters. I'll mess with that in the hope that if I turn the settings down it will straighten out and magic will happen that makes the video work. Maybe :)
